How Do I Schedule?

The easiest way to book an appointment is to visit our online scheduler. If you’re new to our office, select “New Patient Visit”. If you’re new to us and are pregnant or you’re booking for your child, please select either “New Patient Prenatal” or “New Patient 17+”. You’re also welcome to call or text us during our office hours at (603) 952-4350. Not sure if you want to commit to an appointment yet but would like more information? We offer free phone consultations, which you can schedule here.

Can I fill out my paperwork online?

Yes! In fact, we ask that you do this before your first visit so we can spend as much time as possible with you during the appointment. Once you’ve scheduled an appointment, you’ll receive an email with our intake forms. You’re always welcome to reach out with any questions or concerns as they come up.

How do I find your office?

We’re located in the New England Office Suites Building on Lafayette Road, in between Water Country and Market Basket. You’re welcome to park in any available spot. When you walk in, make a right at the elevator and walk down the hall to Suite 111, the last room on the right.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Layers are great! During our appointments together you may be moving around, or we may need access to knees, shoulders, etc (so shorts and tank tops are great!). Whatever your main complaint is, make sure what you’re wearing gives us access to that area for treatment. If you need to change when you get here, our bathroom is right across the hall.

Do you accept my insurance?

We are an out of network provider, which means we don’t work directly with insurance companies. We do accept both HSA and FSA benefits. If your insurance covers out of network chiropractic care, we’re happy to provide you with a superbill of services rendered to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement or credit towards your deductible. At this time, we are unable to accept patients who have Medicare, even for out of pocket payments.

How much are your visits?

Our patient fees are listed on our online booking page. Our fee is a flat rate that includes any treatment we deem necessary, such as adjustments, corrective exercises, cupping, taping, IASTM, and more. You’ll never pay more than our stated rate. We accept HSA/FSA, cash, and credit cards for payment, and are happy to work with you to make care more affordable through payment plans. Please contact our office for more information.

What will my first visit be like?

Once you’ve arrived in our office, we’ll sit down and take some time to understand your story. This is one of the most valuable parts of our first visit as it will help us to better understand your symptoms, your goals, and your needs. This is meant to be a dialogue and we encourage any questions or concerns you may have.

From there, we’ll start moving around a bit. Our goal is to assess and diagnose your condition, so we’ll be performing some tests to help us reach a diagnosis. This may include range of motion, posture or gait analysis, and orthopedic & neurological testing. We’ll walk you through everything to make sure we’re on the same page. Your comfort is our priority.

Once we’ve discussed our exam findings and treatment plan, we’ll get started with treatment right away. It’s important to us to get you some relief on day one in our office. Treatment in our office is typically multifaceted and can include adjustments, soft tissue work like cupping or kinesiotaping, and corrective exercises to work on at home.

Our office strives to be a warm, welcoming, and inclusive place for all people. Ultimately, we want you to feel empowered and heard from the moment you choose to become a patient. We’ll always view you as our teammate and will never pressure you into treatments you’re uncomfortable with. Let us know if there’s anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable.

I’m nervous about getting adjusted or hearing a “crack”.

We get this a lot and it’s a totally normal concern! We spend the majority of your first visit on the consultation and exam so we can rule out any red flags or causes for concern. Once screened for red flags, adjustments are perfectly safe and typically have minimal, if any, side effects. Some people just prefer not to have manual adjustments, and our office offers a variety of other treatment tools to get you moving better without any twisting or bending! Adjustments will never be a requirement in our office - though they’re our most frequently performed treatment. At the end of the day, we want to honor your body and your choices and are happy to work with you regardless of your preference!

Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy?

Yes! In fact, we have special certification in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association to work with this specific population. During pregnancy, your body is undergoing constant changes. The Webster Technique is a gentle and specific chiropractic approach that is used to improve the alignment of the pregnant pelvis, allowing for maximum space for the best positioning of your baby. Additionally, many women find relief of their sciatica, low back pain, and round ligament pain with the help of this technique. Addressing these issues can help set you up for an optimal birthing experience. Our office has special tables and pillows to allow for care throughout all stages of pregnancy. Webster can be performed routinely throughout your pregnancy, from conception to delivery.

Do I need a referral to become a patient?

No! You’re welcome to schedule an appointment without a referral. We enjoy working collaboratively with other healthcare providers, so if there’s someone on your healthcare team you’d like for us to get in touch with let us know!

Do you take walk-ins?

Visits in our office are by appointment only. This is so we can be sure we’re giving you as much time and attention as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you’re no longer able to come in at your scheduled time, please give us at least 24 hours notice by calling, texting, or emailing, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you! For same day appointment time changes, we'll do our best to get you in at a different time. To respect and honor the time of our staff and patients, any missed or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $25.

Please contact us with any additional questions at info@amplifyhealthchiro.com, or by calling us at (603) 952-4350. We look forward to meeting you!
